This is where I stash my reviews of chocolates I've sampled in my journey to attain pure cacao bliss. For the most part I consume only bars with at least 80% cocoa solids, but mint and chili can tempt me to lower that standard. If I love a bar, it receives my divine chocolate bar icon. If I enjoyed it, but had a few misgivings, it will be crowned with chocolate upon foil. For chocolate with some healthful merits, but aesthetic flaws, the fork and knife chocolate bar icon will be awarded. For chocolates I will probably never revisit? The dreaded chocolate chunks icon.
